Requesting a Quote

Every cable order starts with a quote, and DWC makes it easy. Quotes can be requested in multiple ways—through an Account Manager or Regional Sales Manager by phone or email, or conveniently through our fastQuote portal.

Our Account Managers are experts in specialty wire and cable, helping you find the right products and services for your projects. To ensure accuracy we gather key details such as length, gauge, material, and any customizations like striping or dyeing. Each request is carefully reviewed, allowing us to provide precise pricing and lead times.

Order Placement & Fulfillment

Once the quote is approved, orders are placed through email or the fastQuote portal. From there, the process moves swiftly.

For stock orders, cable moves to the cutting station where skilled specialists use precision-guided machinery to cut and reel it to exact specifications. For custom orders, including specialized requests like twisting or paralleling, production begins right away.

Packaging and Shipping

Once cut, reels are securely packaged and wrapped to protect against dust, moisture, and damage. Clear labeling ensures easy identification, so you can quickly verify your order upon arrival. From there the reels move to shipping, where DWC’s fulfillment team carefully checks each order for accuracy before it leaves our facility.
