Exceptional service starts with an exceptional team—and at DWC, we’re ready to deliver. With the opening of our new Greenville warehouse on April 1st, 2025, we’re expanding our reach to offer faster shipping, unmatched support, and even greater value to our partners in the region. But this expansion is more than a new location—it’s about our commitment to reliability, efficiency, and building lasting relationships with regional electrical distributors. Behind it all is an incredible team, dedicated to upholding the outstanding service DWC is known for. We caught up with them to learn how they plan to make a difference.

DWC Greenville Highlight

What are you most looking forward to as you lead operations at DWC Greenville, and how will this location improve service for our customers?

Alex Silon, CDC Manager: What excites me most about leading Greenville is the opportunity to continue to build the culture that DWC is proud of. Creating a positive, engaging culture and delivering an exceptional customer experience with my team would bring me great satisfaction.

As for improving customer service, reducing lead time to just one day for our Southeast customers opens up the potential to grow our business and attract new customers. This is DWC's first facility in the Southeast which will be incredible for our customers in the region. It guarantees timely deliveries, exceptional product quality, and outstanding customer service.

How will having a presence in Greenville enhance the way we serve our customers in the South?

Joe Shermock, Account Manager: DWC Greenville will be a game-changer for the southern region. With a local presence and DWC’s trusted customer service, we will deliver products quickly and efficiently to better meet our customers’ wire and cable needs in the Southeast. Having key products like Aluminum, Category Cable, Coaxial Cable, Medium Voltage, Building Wire, and Tray Cable readily available means we can get our customers what they need, when they need it—without delays.

What sets DWC apart when it comes to supporting customers in this region?

Chad Greene, Account Manager: The people. At DWC, we build meaningful, long-lasting customer relationships through trust and follow-through on our word. We provide fast, accurate communication so our distributor partners can serve their customers with confidence. And now, with an expanded inventory of top products like Medium Voltage solutions, Tray Cable, and Building Wire right in Greenville, we’re making it even easier for our customers to keep projects moving.

What excites you most about supporting customers in the South from our new Greenville location, and how do you plan to bring value to these partnerships?

Grafton Hamilton, Account Manager: Having worked for an electrical distributor in the past, I know firsthand the importance of fast, reliable service. We take pride in holding ourselves to that standard here at DWC. With the addition of Greenville, we will be able to further enhance our speed of service and delivery for our amazing customers.

I’m excited to strengthen existing partnerships, build new ones, and continue prioritizing quick quoting and clear communication. DWC Greenville will be THE central hub for wire and cable in the Southeast!

With a team dedicated to customer success and a facility strategically positioned for efficiency, we’re ready to deliver top-tier support to our partners throughout the South. Greenville is just the beginning—get ready for a new level of service from DWC.
